Tolkien fans like to visit the [[http://www.nicholsonspubs.co.uk/restaurants/southeast/theeagleandchildoxford|Eagle & Child]], which is still easy walking distance === Residential delegates === You have full board accommodation in the college, starting with the reception and dinner on Monday until the packed lunch on departure at Friday lunch time. Room keys are available from 14:00 on Monday, but we've allocated a slot at 18:30 for you to check in to your rooms. You should leave your key at the Lodge by 9:00 am on Friday. You would also be invited to the Opening Reception on Monday and the Conference Dinner on Thursday, but we have not booked you in for dinner on the other days.
