| I am an Early Stage Researcher in the European Commission Marie Curie Initial Training Network project AccliPhot. Based on our current understanding of the photosynthetic reactions I am developing mathematical models of the Electron Transport Chain of the light dependent reactions of photosynthesis; process that starts with the absorption of light and ends up with the synthesis of ATP. My research interests lie at the interface between mathematics and biology and I try to combine both theoretical and experimental approaches in my project. |

| I am currently a PhD student at the Heinrich-Heine Universität in Düsseldorf, Germany. I have started my PhD project at the Univeristy of Aberdeen, Scotland, but as the project has been transferred to Germany, I had moved the same. I like to introduce myself as a double master. I had graduated from Gdansk University of Technology (Poland) in Mathematics, specialisation Biomathematics and from University of Aberdeen (Scotland) in Drug Discovery and Development. | |
