To whom it may concern... I'm a marine scientist graduated in 2011 in Rome, during the years of the university I tried to explore different fields of science related with environmental science and aquire expertise to become a competent scientist. I hope during the course of these years of PhD to improve my background in structural biology, biophysics and biochemistry and apply these techniques to better understand the biodiversity of marine ecosystems. Now I'm working in the dinamic lab of LPCV at the CEA Grenoble, France on photophysiology of phytoplankton trying to elucidate the structural bases for photoprotection in two model organisms: the marine diatom '''''Phaeodactylum tricornutum'''''[[http://genome.jgi-psf.org/Phatr2/Phatr2.home.html|@]] and the green algae '''''Chlamydomonas reinhardtii''''' [[http://www.chlamy.org|@]] .
