-ScrumPy is a powerful and versatile metabolic modelling tool that uses the [[http://www.python.org|Python]] programming language for (most of) it's implementation and as the primary user interface, although some GUI tools are available as well. It has been used as the sole modelling tool for six successful  PhD projects, and a number of published works.
